Make sure to check any warranty information before you buy! We purchased a “New” Zline oven from Sheila’s, and was told it had a one year manufacturer warranty. Two months later, the fan starts having issues so we look into getting it fixed via the manufacturer warranty. Come to find out, Sheila’s doesn’t have an agreement in place with Zline therefore there was no warranty, contrary to what we were told when purchasing the oven. We got a great deal on the oven and the warranty made it even better or so we thought. We’ve now been quoted $3,000+ to have repairs done to resolve the problem, the closest technician is located in Colorado. Sheila’s is unwilling to work with us in the ways we feel they need to. They offered a replacement oven, one we looked at before purchasing this one a decided it wasn’t what we needed. (Mind you it’s a different brand and the oven sizes are not the same, we picked the one we wanted) We just want our oven fixed. Just don’t take trust what they tell you because if you have problems they won’t resolve them!
