Use bad quality material to fix phones. The phone broke on the same day without any damage because I was not using the phone. When I went and tried to ask them to fix, they said it was not done there because it was not their material. I fortunately had the receipt and showed the guy and then all he said was that I had to talk to the boss and he couldn’t do anything about it. Boss was unreachable and never at the place.
Really bad place, wanted to fix the back of an IPhone 14 to give to my grandma. They replaced and on the same day it cracked. I didn’t drop or anything for the phone to crack again, they probably just used some bad quality material. I went there to see if they could do anything about it, they first said it was not done there cus when they replace it has their “mark” on the side of the phone. Then I showed the receipt and the story changed. They made me go 3 times there to talk to the “boss” and the guy was never there. They gave me a number to call and no one ever answered. I just had such a bad experience trying to fix something I was excited to give to my grandma and they ruined it by keep telling me to come back and never fixing the issue. They left me there multiple times waiting while they would talk to another costumer as if I was not there. Mind you, im a college student so I had class and the place is 30 minutes from my school so I had to keep driving there for them to do nothing about it!
Best kiosk to watch in the mall from afar. The owner loves to yell at the top of his lungs at his staff over the walkie talkies they use, staff will have arguments with their significant others either in person or on speaker phone, and then to top it off they'll botch phone repairs and blame the customer. These dudes sucks lmao. They only get a 1 star because of the entertainment and Google can't let you leave a 0 star review.
The phone was fixed fast an expertly but unfortunately I do feel like I was overcharged. They charged me $170 to repair my screen I feel like I could have easily gotten it done for $50 cheaper but I was at the mall celebrating my daughter's birthday so it was more convenient just to get it done there
