Your employees are trained to lie. Im somewhat handy and I understand the furnace codes to my house. Kept telling me it was three, oh now its 4. Funny but I kept getting 9. Which means low voltage. Then blamed it on my Thermostat that it had low battery. The battery is fine and power by my system in the house lol. Charges me $129 to say its fine and running then I have the same issues couple days later and had to reset once again at the switch to make it work again and yes same code again 9. Over payed and didn’t resolve the issue. Watch google delete this review. Edit: turns out it was a dirty flame sensor and according to every website I visited, was the most common issue for hvacs based on the symptoms I provided. It was as simple as rubbing steel wool on it for it to get clean and that got it to work again. Replaced the Thermostat for no reason and the technician charged $129 service fee and he didn’t even check the flame sensor. I will be reporting this company to BBB.
