Had my water heater replaced. Corey Mosott was professional & respectful. He gave me options & explained what came with each option. Was a pleasant experience & will definitely recommend Corey because he knows what he's doing. 1/18/26 Hans Stadler was pleasant, professional & polite. After the HVAC maintenance, he explained what he did & reminded me of other services I'm entitled to for a year, which was very nice!
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent furnace tune-up service experience. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, but I’m not sure what has changed this time. Unfortunately, I’ve had two no-shows for appointments, and the lack of communication and professionalism is concerning. Here’s the timeline of events: November 4th: I called to schedule a furnace tune-up, and was informed that the first available appointment was December 17th, which I scheduled. December 16th: I received an email confirming the appointment for December 17th. However, I am unable to select a specific time window, so I had to wait the whol... December 16th: I received an email confirming the appointment for December 17th. However, I am unable to select a specific time window, so I had to wait the whole day without knowing exactly when a technician would arrive. December 17th: While on another call, I missed two back-to-back calls from random California numbers (no voicemail left). I waited until 3 PM and then called your office to follow up. I was told that since I didn’t answer those calls, you assumed it was my fault, and no attempt was made to leave a message or further communicate. December 20th: I was given another appointment after the December 17th no-show, but once again, there was no technician and no follow-up from your team. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of reliability and communication. As a long-time customer, I expected better service. I’m now left to consider finding a more dependable company for my furnace maintenance needs. Please consider this feedback seriously, as it’s a shame to have to look for an alternative after so many years of being satisfied with your service.
We had an issue with the furnace in our condo in Chicago, called precision heating and cooling to send out a technician to check it out on Sunday Feb 15th 2026. He said that this will happened on Monday the 16th, because the warehouse is closed on Sundays. Monday we called again, and the company Precision heating and cooling sent Luis Soto to check the furnace/safety pressure switch and replace it with a new one. I was watching him the whole time wile he was working on the issue. After checking everything he said the same thing Ryan mentioned the day before, but he also checked the draft inducer motor's tube opening and found out that it was clogged. He used an allen key and cleared the opening. Seeing that I asked him, if he doesn't mind to test the old safety switch to se if it is still working. He did so, and the old switch was working fine, but he replaced it with the newer model after speaking to his supervisor, just for peace of mind for us. Luis was more meticulous than Ryan and put an extra effort to check every component thoroughly. Job well done! Thank you Luis! P.S. If an issue arise in the future, we will request Luis Soto for repairs/replacements on our furnace. To the AWE Air Water Energy: FYI, the service took place in Lakeview, Chicago.
Been a customer for 14 years and always outstanding service. Had my annual furnace inspection this morning and my favorite Tech Nick pointed out some concerning issues that needed to be fixed. We went over options and elected to just have the furnace replaced. Nick coordinated the install for same day and install team was on site within 2 hours. Angelo, Jorge and Issac were awesome with installing the new furnace in a quick, clean and efficient manner. Great communication keeping me informed with progress and going over the new unit and thermostat. All four of the team (Nick, Angelo, Issac and Jorge) exceeded my expectations!!!! A p... Called Precision for plumbing check. Inquired about faucet and valve replacement with my kitchen sink. Bryan came thru and broke it all down for me. First of all, he was a great guy. And he did a fantastic job handling all of it. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Will call Precision for a rodding issue with my dishwasher line. Trust them and they do great work.
