If you want an honest mechanic that does reliable work in a timely manner without ripping you off then this is where you should go. They were so sweet they even left a cookie in my car for me when I picked it up. They changed my oil, checked all my fluids, replaced my tie rods, did an alignment, replaced my drive belt and my spring tensioner and let me know any other potential problems.

Great communication! I was very pleased that someone always followed up on my questions. The new west location is going to be so convenient. They did a thorough job in evaluating my needs, providing an estimate and looking over my vehicle to make a game plan. Jordyn at the front desk and maybe Tom (not sure of his name) were so great to keep us informed about the status of the diagnostics and then the repair. They were aware of the budget knowing what was important to fix now and what could be budgeted for later. The cost was painful but it was fair! We had called around and feel we were treated fairly. We will go back in the future and refer others as well. The cookies and note left on the front seat were a nice just gesture as well.
