The owner, Dave came to my home for a service call. He was professional, informative, thorough & upfront in regards to the repairs that will eventually be needed to replace old/damaged duct work for my gas heating system. While here he completed a full maintenance check ( since I hadn’t had one done in at least 5 yrs.☹️) & made some minor repairs to ensure the heating system is running well & is safe. Dave clearly explained the needed repairs & what that would entail, when I choose to move forward with them, as well as cost. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Set Point Refrigeration and the cost seemed very reasonable for the service provided. Barbara
