Used this company for remediation services. I can't say enough great things about this team. Prompt, courteous, professional service with exceptional communication skills. I needed my project done quickly and they were outstanding! Very happy customer! Thank you so much.
Hired for mold remediation. See pics for how they left our bed covered in mold dust and black chunks. Claimed all our clothes were contaminated and didn't need to be protected during remediation. Then they cleaned everything using a "subcontractor" with 20% markup, which was just another Servpro branch in Marion. I should have just worked with that branch directly. Did not provide an estimate and exceeded insurance limits without authorization. Left HVAC running during mold remediation which affected the entire house. Claimed everything was already contaminated before they arrived so it wasn't their fault. Poor communication throughout the process. Strongly recommend avoiding this company.
My parents recently suffered a water loss at their home and the SERVPRO of West Evansville Team was outstanding! Zac, the Project Manager, was so helpful and professional. He answered all their questions and treated their home, as if it were his own. The technicians were also professional and worked diligently to get the job done!
