Hasgoe

A botched waterproofing job left us with a 3 story home full of cement dust. The worst hit was the basement which is half finished with carpet and built ins…and the other cement-floored utility with exposed ceiling. Everything and every square inch was totally covered in cement dust. We were quickly overwhelmed trying to clean up. A call to Hasgoe- and Wendy talked me off the cliff and helped us get a plan together. Then Jeremy called and we were able due to weather schedule change issues, to have a man come within 48 hours to clean the basement. Mike is a BEAST with the right tools. He set to work quickly and literally got rid of all the dust TOP to bottom in all the crazy nooks, crannies, and piping of an unfinished basement. He cleaned it like it was his own home. He even cleaned the finished side and helped us discern what was salvageable from the damage. He was kind, understanding, reassuring, and so respectful of our home. I can’t say enough for the speed, understanding, and counsel from those we worked with at Hasgoe. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, but they helped make a nightmare far far more manageable. Now onto our ductwork and cleaning our air with Hasgoe! Thank you Wendy, Jeremy, and Mike we are so so so so very grateful for your hard work. The before and after photos don’t even show the worst.
