We had a pipe burst at our vacation house. Water was spewing probably for weeks with a huge mess. I called ServPro after being recommended by a friend and they were at the house within an hour of the call. Trai was AMAZING! He was in constant communication with at least once daily updates. I was able to call and text him and he was VERY responsive. He worked with my insurance company and really went above and beyond with our house. He really cared about our house in making sure that he and his team (who included Elias, Evelyn, and Roberto) did a great job. He came back to the house probably more than was needed, just to make sure things were as buttoned up as possible. As one can imagine, it was (and is still) VERY stressful to deal with this unexpected house disaster but Trai and his team really made us feel calm and confident with their responsive and professional approach to the work.
