While he is a pleasant person, his reliability and work performance are absolutely horrible. I contacted him initially to do a flue inspection with a camera. He went on the roof (using my ladders, because he didn't have any with him) and suggested I needed a new chase cover and chimney cap which I agreed to, on May 9. Never did the camera inspection, but promised to. Two months later, after my contacting him again and again, he delivered the items and left them on my deck with the promise to get them installed soon and do the inspection. After numerous calls and texts from me, and failed promises from him to show up (with many different excuses given), I finally called another company on Aug 11. I texted him that I would like him to take back the items and refund me the money I paid. I have not heard from him since, but I doubt he will do either. He is a smooth talker, but is far from reliable or dependable. I would recommend that you stay away from this business.
