Thanks to Sam & Chris on my last day with ServePro after having our house dried after our pipes froze. They picked up the equipment and showed both empathy and efficiency. The staff that showed up each day over the last four days, was great as well. They helped make a difficult time a little more manageable.

Quality service and excellent professionalism! In 2025, we had two different major issues in our office that cause us to close temporarily. The first issue was a water leak from the city water line into our office. It was a mess, but ServPro of Bear handled the water damage swiftly and restored the area better than before the water leak. The second issue was a possible mold exposure after a new HVAC was installed by another company. Unfortunately, a few patients complained about the air after the installation. ServPro of Bear responded quickly, and their expertise with Air duct and HVAC cleaning was outstanding! ServPro of Bear tested the air afterwards and the air quality was impressive. Thankfully, we only had to close our office for a day. We are very happy with ServPro of Bear and will gladly use them in the future!
