Walter Tate is the best worker/person we’ve had in years. He replaced our hot water tank with a tankless system which is awesome. Oh, by himself in about 5 hours. Can’t praise him enough. Give him a raise!!😄 Thank you, “Tate” and thank you Service Experts!
I do not recommend using this company for any services. I called to have a plumber come out and fix my shower and was left with water damage within my walls, a hole in the wall, my bath left taken apart, water leaking from my upstairs bathroom to the downstairs kitchen and laundry area. I was charged $350 and he left without even fixing the issue. That’s $350 just for a diagnosis and my house left a mess. Save your time and money and avoid using this company.
Jacob did a great and thorough job on my maintenance services! He explained things thoroughly and did a very good job! I would prefer that he come to my house for future services!
Excellent service provided by very knowledgeable, professional and polite people. Service Tech Tate was very thorough and very helpful answering all my questions. He replaced my broken hot water heater in a very timely manner. He is quite an asset to this company!! I am very pleased with Service Experts of Tulsa and will be using them in the future for HVAC and plumbing needs.
My water main shut off valve sprung a leak. No matter what I tried I was not able to fix it myself. Tate came out to help. He was very polite, professional, and informative. He even gave us some great advice for our water line, our well (if we want to set it up again) and other services they offer. No upcharge, no hard sales. It wasn't cheap. But I have water and my wife is happy. My only complaint is I live too far away (Stilwell) and it took a little longer for him to get here from Tulsa. ( Not their fault)
