Technician showed up on time. Checked entire a/c unit, found and corrected issue, and gave the entire forced air system a once-over to ensure it would work for a long time. Very courteous, and thorough. I now have them on my contacts list.

From the first interaction, he was friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Elfrid came out to our business today at Team Rooter and serviced our unit he was able to diagnose. The issue was very friendly and made sure he communicated with us the whole time. Air 1 is an amazing company and a family owned an operated The owner makes himself available for any questions and is always willing to go above and beyond to help his clients.
