I have shopped here numerous times over the last two and a half decades. For some parts, this is my go to store. They have always been helpful, and willing to order parts if not readily available. They have endured what must seem like stupid questions from me at times (I am not a plumber - just a home owner trying to fix things). The staff has always been helpful and seems very knowledgeable. In my most recent visit last week, the employee helping me went above and beyond to help me out. A great business, and I wish I could be so kind about more businesses I have dealt with. The staff and management here definitely follow classic old-school business practices to build customer loyalty.
