I highly recommend this laptop repair shop. I spoke to and worked with Brian, the in-store laptop repair man. He was excellent both on the phone and in person: very responsive, courteous, and understanding of my situation. I desperately needed to have my laptop repaired because it was a Friday afternoon and I had to use my laptop to study over the weekend for a 3-hour test the following Monday. Let’s say Mr Andy is a very Pleasant man he offered to help me in anyway he could. Along with him I encountered 3 other gentleman they even represented the company very well was able to have me up and running with my laptop right before I started back to college. They have done great work for me in the pass and have once again made me a happy customer. Awesome!!! if you run into a problem with computers ect Wrap Computers is the way 😁 Thank you guys !!!

Run from this service provider. I brought a my son's laptop because it was misbehaving. They wiped the hard drive and reinstalled Windows. What the problem was not the hard drive, but the screen was cracked and that was causing the problems. They knew this and "fixed" the hard drive that never needed "fixing" without disclosing the issue to me was the cracked screen until after the work was done. This is incredibly underhanded and shows they cannot be trusted. Further they tried to sell me a SSD hard drive that wasn't needed and "forgot" to tell me the installation cost was twice the cost of the hard drive. All this knowing the computer wa... Needed a couple fans for my desktop computer as my old ones were making a horrible noise. I used to use Intrex however recently they don’t stock much. Warp had the fans, made sure they were the correct size and connectors. I’ll definitely return for all my computer needs.

The owner is a very sweet, kind person. That being said, my experience generally lines up with most of the one star reviews. What took months here due to lots of confusing records, lost hardware and mis filed information was solved in 10 minutes at Best Buy. I didn’t have my data for almost a year after their diagnosis, believing I had to send my hard drive off for CIA level restoration. All I actually needed to do was take it to Best Buy with an external hard drive to copy the data. BB does it in store in a matter of minutes. I do not think this place run scams. Incredibly condescending to me and interrupted me constantly when I was trying to ask a question. They also tried to sell me a used laptop charger that powers one of the display computers for 90 dollars.

took computer in for repair, when returned touch pad was broken. Never had a problem with the touch pad until i took it in to warp computers

Wow, I just want to start off by saying that Warp Computers has exceeded my expectations when it came to repairing my broken Macbook Pro and their exceptional customer service. Also a huuuge thanks to Brian, who was very friendly and knowledgable the whole way through.
