Greg Davis Landscapes

Do yourself a BIG favor and stay away from Greg Davis Landscaping. He has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE and he will argue with the customer all day long. He's never on site - preferring to leave the work to his foreign workers who mostly don't speak English. When things go wrong (and they will do), he will blame the customer and then lie his way out of repairing any issues. If you do manage to get him to redo or repair the work, it will be after a LOT of arguing, swearing, and headaches. I rue the day I had him do our landscaping - lesson learned (the hard way).

We had the misfortune of using Greg Davis a couple years ago. He wasn’t our first choice, or even our tenth choice, but even with my reservations, we had a budget and we thought he could get the job done. I will say he’s the most unprofessional landscaper we ever could have picked. He’s a poor communicator, he’s petty, he takes responsibility for nothing, and he frankly over promises and underdelivers. We had several things we wanted him to correct, which was a complete hassle. He basically lies through his teeth to get your money. I literally have him on video saying he was going to replace some dead trees and he did nothing. If you do make the mistake of using him, make sure everything is to your liking because once he has all your money, good luck getting him to come back and address anything. His warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. My warning is to steer clear and far from this hack and find a reputable landscaper. I wouldn’t trust him to plant a rubber cactus.

We had work done in 2013. The best thing about the job was our walkway to our porch. Our tulip tree in our front yard was planted at a very noticeable angle. One of our Kousa Dogwoods in our backyard was poorly positioned and growing into one of our snowball viburnum which was not the shrub we wanted in the first place so now I have to do drastic pruning on both plants. Our natural stone patio in the backyard is a hot mess, uneven and with large gaps between the stones (not what we wanted). The stones themselves are cracking and breaking. The sprinkler guy he recommended was a joke. He couldn’t find a faulty valve for 3 months so I got a water bill for $850. I would not recommend Greg Davis landscaping except for brick pavers and only brick pavers.
