We had another company come out to service it and after 4 visits they were not able to resolve the issue. I had a contractor of bge to install a new thermostat. They burnt up my transformer.2 technician and still couldn't figure out the problem,so i called Scotties air conditioning and heating. We had a great experience with Scottie’s Air Conditioning and Heating Company. Our AC went out on a hot Thursday in July. Scottie came out quickly, and was very knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly. He provided me with options to address the issue efficiently and gave me his expert opinion and advice. He went beyond my expectations by removing and replacing the HVAC unit all in one day and on a Saturday. The whole process was smooth, from scheduling to completion, and the price was reasonable.
