I had a problem with my unit and one technician came out and couldn't find the problem. I called back and they sent Nakie and he was very professional and did everything he could to find out what was wrong. He narrowed it down to the computer board and thank God it was still under warranty. He was very professional and did a awesome job. Justin came back to replace the part. He was very friendly and came in and changed the part out and was on his way. Both men was very professional and courteous.

Came home from work (after hours, of course), to a hot house. I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep that hot. I called Scott Systems and was immediately called back by Grady Tallent. He came out promptly and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. He found the issue quickly and got it up and running again. Enjoyed visiting with him. Very personable. Thanks again Grady! We appreciate you more than you know!

I called Scott Systems Heating and Air and made an appointment because my HVAC unit was leaking from my attic. Two days later Bennett came over and examined the situation and informed me that my drain was just clogged up. He was able to unclog the drain and he let me know what he was doing every step of the way. He provided excellent customer service and was done under an hour!!! He also informed me of what was to come if it happened again. Thanks Bennett for being kind, professional, informative and very efficient!! I will definitely be using Scott Systems Heating and Air for all my future needs!!
