I had a problem with my unit and one technician came out and couldn't find the problem. I called back and they sent Nakie and he was very professional and did everything he could to find out what was wrong. He narrowed it down to the computer board and thank God it was still under warranty. He was very professional and did a awesome job. Justin came back to replace the part. He was very friendly and came in and changed the part out and was on his way. Both men was very professional and courteous.

I called Scott Systems Heating and Air and made an appointment because my HVAC unit was leaking from my attic. Two days later Bennett came over and examined the situation and informed me that my drain was just clogged up. He was able to unclog the drain and he let me know what he was doing every step of the way. He provided excellent customer service and was done under an hour!!! He also informed me of what was to come if it happened again. Thanks Bennett for being kind, professional, informative and very efficient!! I will definitely be using Scott Systems Heating and Air for all my future needs!!
