I was given a qoute for the work. On completion I paid my bill but three weeks later I get sent another bill that more than doubles what I was told that I would pay for the repair. My system was clean with a new pressure switch and inducer fan that just needed the inducer housing replaced. I should have just done it myself but I wanted the repairs done before I left for vacation. I was lied to and misinformed of the price. The tech they sent spent hours on the phone having someone walk them through what to do. They should have just sent the person he was talking to if he didn't know what to do. The representatives and repairman were extremely responsive to our needs. They handled all of our repair work professionally and expeditiously. Our 2 HVAC systems are now working perfectly well We have been with this company for more than 25 years and are grateful for their good work, professional approach. and empathy for the needs of their customers. I give them 5 stars for every aspect of their work

We had to wait weeks for our furnace to be repaired during the cold snap. The first person they sent didn't repair it and spent most of the time on his phone. A couple weeks later they sent another guy over and he had to come back the next day to finally finish up. We paid the bill and he left. Then we got another bill in the mail for over $600! Talked to Clay in regard to why we were sent a bill after they had already been paid. He was rude, condescending and disrespectful.
