Chase at the Lincoln location assisted me today as the Omaha location was not available after several attempts to reach them. I called regarding our extended warranty length and to ask about the maintenance special. When he looked at our account, he was concerned about Sophos - even though we paid for it, was not registering in their system. He remoted into our computer and yes, we do have Sophos, but did not auto-renew. He was able to renew that and also help us purchase a maintenance certificate good for 6 months. He checked some other things related to ad pop ups and feeds from Google and extensions we did not need. What a pleasant experience with Chase! He is top notch in customer service and very observant with things like mentioned with pop ups, feeds, things we don't need. When a not so good day occurred, Chase was like the light at the end of the day and the mood is fabulous! Great assistance, great customer service and he really knows what he's doing! Thanks Chase!
