Chris is the boot whisperer! My beloved dansko ankle boots are still in the prime of their life, however the right heel started squeaking when I put my weight on that foot. Chris repaired it in no time and I’m back in business with my favorite boots! Highly recommend bringing your shoes and boots here for repair!
I left very disappointed with the quality of work.
Last week I went in to take two pair of boots to get them shined. A very courteous lady took my boots and said they are going to leave them like new. They will be ready Wednesday(today). I came in and I was told that my boots should be ready in 5 minutes. The gentleman came to the front and told me they were ready. I looked at the tip of the boots and bottom of the tip was not properly painted and neither the whole boot. I pointed to it and the gentleman went to the back again. About two minutes later he came back again with my boots and said, they are ready.
I feel I was overcharged for not even ten minutes of work. I brought my boots back exactly like I took them in with except the tip painted.
Excellent work, and trustworthy! I went to Rogers Shoe Repair for the first time to replace the shoes on my well-loved Paul Green boots, and also get the heels re-wrapped (see nick in photo). Not only were the boots beautifully repaired and conditioned, they also refunded me $30 because they were able to patch the nick instead of re-wrap the entire heel. The total charge was $26. Well worth it.
