I had an issue with my A/C unit and Satterlee sent someone out immediately. The technician fixed my issue that day! I loved the fact that he did not try and sell me a new unit like another company I had used previously. The price was reasonable and my air is working!! Thank you!!

I have used Saterlee HVAC on a number of rentals and the products are good but the install of new systems can be hit or miss on the quality and attention to detail. I haven't had any issues with any service calls on older systems, just a few on new system installs. I did have a drain pan crack and leak after about a year on a new system that they installed but they fixed it quickly under warranty and they were great to work with. Overall a good company to work with and prices are good as well. I will use again in the future.

Satterlee HVAC is highly recommended - we bought a Lennox system 9 years ago from an independent dealer who has since been bought out by Paschal. Pashcal would not warranty the parts We had purchased a Lennox system for the 10 year warranty. They said they purchased the business and did not have our unit in their records - I went on line and pulled the warranty off the Lennox site (with my serial number) and actually talked to Lennox directly as well.
