Air Services Heating

Air Services' Dalton Vaughan was prompt to the appointment, professional, and courteous. He worked with me on the tonnage and efficiency of my heat/air unit; I had options. I did not need the financing but I had similarly priced options from other companies. We worked through the details and I believe my choice to go with Dalton and Service Air was the right one. I approved the quote and less than two says later they are here doing the removal and install. Thank you Service Air David Lash

I was not made aware of the cost that I had to purchase just to get it fix, I paid the fee to come out and then refused the work for price quoted, I had a other plumber do what they wanted $1,500 for $385.00 parts and labor..I am a senior citizen on a fixed income I can't afford their pricing, the man was nice who came out it's nothing to do with him. He even tried to get them down all they would was $200.00 that all they offered off.. I will never use that company or recommend it..

Seth was very helpful! Knowledgeable, polite, had a great sense of humor! I was a difficult customer I think and he took it in stride LOL he connected my common wire to my furnace installed my filter and connected my new digital thermostat so I can program and get away from that old white box that malfunctioned every other day on heat control. No more batteries coming popping out at me every time I open the compartment door. No more flashing low battery constantly. No more waking up to 62° one day and 78 the other. Im happy, But not with the overpriced unit, but hey I consider it an investment.

Blake was very professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. He explained all the available programs provided by Air Services. We purchased the $189.00 plan. We would definitely give Blake a 5 out of 5 rating.

They came in to my home and assessed my issues with the heat and air. It was very professional and explain things very thoroughly. Just to give an update, everyone that I have talked to at Air. Services has been very professional on both the heat and air side and the electrical side. They’ve kept me informed on everything they are doing and what I could expect. Jacie and his team did an outstanding job on the heat and Air and Kaleb did a fantastic job on the electrical. Even the girls at the office were awesome.
