We have a small HOA of townhomes in Durham City. Jay came out and did an estimate and was very thorough. They updated the estimate and then did the work. Neal, the crew leader Javier and the crew were phenomenal. A lot of hand work due to the structures present and terracing of the site made this a particularly challenging job. They did a great job and went above and beyond. Would heartily recommend.
We worked with Jay and his team to repair our driveways after the contractor that replaced our driveways "ripped us off" and left us with crumbling asphalt full of cracks and potholes. Jay was knowledgeable and thorough; answered all of our questions honestly and built a level of trust. He was very transparent about the repairs needed and about the cost. Their workmanship is phenomenal! They completed our project on time and cleaned up after they were done. Our driveways look great! I will definitely work with Jay at Satterfield Paving again!
Satterfield did an excellent job turning our gravel driveway into a circular driveway big enough for kids (and adults to play). The team was clear on expectations and deliverables and even offered insights into ways to improve on our idea/design. Job was completed in less than 2 days; friendly team and very professional.
