I love my kitchen by Fabi. It’s practical and it’s pretty. I complicated the project by replacing all of my floors and wanting to demo a wall. As things got complicated, Fabi brought in Jorge Ortiz, a general contractor, to coordinate the project who took the time to understand my vision, problem solve and get the project where I wanted it to be. They helped be find specialized products like leathered granite. Jorge helped me with kitchen appliances and lighting. Jorge worked with a designer I dragged in. He spent a day working with her to incorporate an Audubon print into the design. If there was a way for me to complicate this, I found it. Fabi and Jorge rolled with it. There were delays, problems to solve. I changed my mind. I was not an easy client. So here’s my take away. They answered my calls, my texts. They were with me the whole way. And when it was a a wrap, I had a kitchen I absolutely love and I did it with people with integrity who provided a level of customer service you don’t find anymore. Oh, and this all had to go through HOA approval and county permits — I moved the sink It was a labor of love. And I had the best team to do it with. I’d work with them both again in a heartbeat

In less than two months, we completely renovated our kitchen, two bathrooms, and the laundry room—and the entire process felt smooth and well-managed, never rushed. Our kitchen cabinets were custom-fit for our appliances and even designed to accommodate our larger stove that will be arriving soon, which really speaks to their attention to detail and craftsmanship. Fabi stopped by almost every day to make sure everything was going well, giving us great peace of mind throughout the project. Sarasota Kitchen Company completely transformed our space, and we’re still a little stunned every time we walk in. As two former chefs, we were more than “over” the original builder-grade setup.
