Our whole experience with Final Touch Countertops was exceptional. Chris Dardis in particular was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting, preparing, and installing beautiful Quartzite for my coffee and sofa tables. Don’t hesitate to work with them.
I was very impressed by their professionalism and the courteous way they assisted me. I eventually chose another firm because my builder preferred working with someone they were already familiar with. However, their preferred firm matched the price that final touch counters offered me. So I know they offer very good pricing and I appreciate it that their willingness to be patient with me as I try to understand my options.
We called Final Touch Counters today when plumbers were unable to install a sink because the opening in the granite was 3/4” too small. First company called wanted $2,200 to come today to cut the granite. Final Touch charged $200, came within the hour on the day of the call and got the job done—highly recommend!
Final Touch just completed a total bathroom renovation involving porcelain slabs on the walls and floor. 5 stars is not enough to grade the overall quality of their work. The company utilizes a computer program to allow you to see the complete layout before any material is cut. It was fun to see the design impact of rotating the slabs. The veins aligned beautifully and seamlessly throughout the bathroom. I worked with Gui, who has a wonderful design sense and was a HUGE help in selecting the products and related finishes. He offered excellent suggestions, but made it clear that I had to be happy with the selections. And I absolutely was. Ana was terrific in designing the layouts and offering great suggestions along the way. She had my complete confidence. The implementation team did an incredible job getting the huge slabs into our unit without incident. I LOVE my new bathroom and highly recommend Final Touch.
