Johnny at San Jose Television was of great help to me in researching and suggesting alternatives for an old Sony Trinitron TV tuner, which is no longer available. Despite this not generating any sale for them, Johnny went out of his way to explain work-around possibilities. This shop gets high marks for being knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!
who looses a remote.. well moving, stuff happens.. San Jose was so helpful whe i called from out of town. They made extra sure the right model was recommended. Then when it would have been cheaper for me to buy locally avoiding shipping, he guided me. I appreciate the extra mile. Highly recommend w/ a mindset to customer welfare, where would be better?
These folks are terrific. I called to see if they had replacement mounting screws for connecting my 10 year old Sony LCD to its pedestal -- something I lost in my recent move. Debbie, checked and confirmed she had the proper screws, charged a reasonable price and shipped them the same day. They work perfectly. Great to know this customer-focused, knowledgeable Sony shop is a phone call away!
The four screws that mount our tv to its stand were lost during a move. I brought in the TV and stand and Johnny installed new screws. He was friendly, helpful, and fast. And there was no charge. I plan on using San Jose TV the next time I need a repair.
Awesome! After being told that my Plasma TV could not be repaired, I call San Jose TV, explained my problem and they told me to bring it in. They diagnosed the issue and repaired my set quickly and professionally. LOVE the friendly staff and quality of work. WILL recommend them to others 100%.
