The repair was done in 10mins and the experience was amazing. I really appreciate the prompt response and he saved me from having to buy a new phone. I am already recommending to everyone I know. Such a great company and family who run this repair business.

When my phone cracked at work. I called Brandon to help fix it. He was very nice and very detail-oriented. He took time to fix my phone and made sure that while repairing , made sure that it wasn't going to break or crack. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him to friends and family. He met me at my work location and I really appreciate it.

Great experience, great individual! There’s no perfect person in the world but this guy is pure genuine. Service immaculate! Quality excellent ! Phone wasn’t turning on because I got caught in the rain talking on the phone within 24hours he had the part waiting for me to find a way to call him back as soon as I did he came to me within 20 minutes and the next 10-20 minutes my phone was fixed. It Didn’t feel like it because we got to know a little bit about each other and gave me life advices ! Much appreciated.

This business, from my experience is very unprofessional. I called, no answer. So I texted. 6 hours later I got a response. I asked about a repair. He verified it and said “he can do it.” So I asked when, no response… so next day, I assumed this business was open since it was passed the opening time. I went there. No one was there. I called the number and left numerous texts, no response….. I just went ahead and went somewhere else. I still called a day later to see if I could get an answer… none.. this company is a waiste of time. Highly NOT recommended. Save your time, gas and energy and go somewhere else.
