Dustin did an exceptional job helping me with a critical problem involving my home workstation. I rely on my computer daily for my work as a litigator and am currently preparing for a trial in early April. Unfortunately, after a system upgrade my computer became essentially defective and unreliable. Dustin responded the very same day and quickly developed a solution. He transferred the extensive data from the defective machine to a new computer and then configured the new system so it was set up exactly like my old workstation. Our experience with AJCCTECH exceeded our expectations of what we hoped for in customer service, good communication and technological skills and the ability to explain things clearly to untechnical clients. Dustin Mullen quickly answered our lst email saying that we were referred to him, followed up with excellent phone calls determining our problem and our needs, made house calls taking away our broken computer, transferring files to a new one and bringing it to us.
