SafeAire Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

Our air conditioner stopped working last week, and a crew came out immediately to see if it could be revived. Unfortunately, the unit couldn’t be repaired without a total overhaul. After a thoughtful discussion, we decided it made more sense to invest in a new system rather than continue putting money into an old one. Aaron and Dylan spent the entire day installing the new unit, and they were outstanding. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly knowledgable throughout the process. We truly could not have asked for a better experience and are very grateful for their excellent work.

I was a customer of Albany Air for almost 20 years when my ancient upstairs unit breathed it's last gasp. Despite numerous calls, they did not send someone to give me an estimate. I also tried Dye's but after seeing the unit, they never gave me an estimate. So I called Safeaire. Caleb was out the next day to inspect the unit, go over what would need to be done and gave me a price. The very next morning Dylan, Alex and later Reda were at the door with smiles and ready to get to work. I explained to them that my 90 year old mother was in a hospital bed in the living room, which they would have to pass every time they went in and out of the door. I know installing an HVAC unit is not a quiet operation, but the guys were extremely respectful of our situation and made every effort to keep the noise down. The job was even more involved than first thought and for 5 days Dylan and the team greeted me every morning with smiles and a willingness to get the job done right. I have lived in Albany for 35 years and have had my share of dealing with service people. Most act as if they are doing you a favor by just showing up. It has been an eye opening experience to have someone show up ready to get to work and do the job right the first time. The owners and managers are to be commended on their ability to have such a high caliber of people working for them. I would not hesitate to call them again for any HVAC needs and plan on using their plumbing division in the future.
