Helped me out a lot. Fixed up my pc even installed the upgraded parts I bought for it before it got messed up. Works quickly, I got my pc the next day, even let me swing by later in the day to pick it up. Good communication throughout his service, and very fair pricing. I would 100% recommend.
I was experiencing issues with my gaming laptop acting up and not working properly. I brought my laptop over to PC Steven and within 24hrs he fixed everything that was wrong. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional Steven was very thorough with fixing my laptop. I HIGHLY recommend going to PC Steven for any laptop/computer issues.
My experience with PC Steven was great. I was referred by a friend who also had a good experience with Steven. I had multiple issues needing professional attention on my laptop. My friend gave me Steven’s name on Monday. I called Monday night. Steven was very attentive on the phone, and brief, proving his knowledge and skill right off the bat. I dropped my computer off to get repaired on Tuesday afternoon and I was called by Steven to pick up my repaired laptop early Wednesday morning. The entire process was expedient, pleasant and complete. Steven even went above and beyond what I had asked him to do at no extra charge. I am very pleased and will definitely be using his services again for any of my computer repair needs.
