The technician they sent to my house showed up without what he needed to complete any kind of inspection on the appliance. He was extremely nasty. Smelt like he had not bathed in forever and slept in cigarettes. He was in my home for less than 3 minutes and I smelled him for hours. I did not feel comfortable with him in my home with myself and children. I called the company to request a different tech when they came back and the owner told me no because that would take 30 extra minutes on the other tech getting there. I even offered to pay for the extra drive to have someone different in my home and the owner refused. This is the first business I’ve had to deal with that care 0% about their customers satisfaction or even feeling of who is in their own home. I would never recommend using this company.

Do not use this company. If I could give zero stars, I would. S&S has been absolutely terrible. They were scheduled to service my refrigerator under my Whirlpool warranty since they are the only company that services this area. My first appointment was in early December, and my refrigerator is still not working. They are unreliable, and the service has been extremely frustrating. I do not understand why Whirlpool would continue to use a company with such poor service and reviews.

Dom, my repair tech was very professional, prompt & courteous. He knew exactly what was wrong with the new washer. He ordered the part & repaired quickly. He took the time to show me the defective part & explain why the machine was making the loud grinding noise in the spin cycle. He is a true asset to their company. Too bad I can’t say the same about Sheri (Customer Service)who was very, very rude when I called to inquire why my appointment was delayed. Dom stepped in & saved me from going crazy on her ugly Customer Service attitude. She is the first contact with S&S and she totally blew it. Hopefully, the next new customer doesn’t get her on their first contact with the company.
