I strive to support small businesses. When the situation went wrong when repairing our iPad with Ryan, he made it right. You can’t really beat that. You could send your iPad to an official Apple care center, and probably achieve the same results with more cost if your device is out of warranty, but walking into a business that is part of your nearest city is what I’d rather do. A few weeks after our iPad was repaired by one of Ryan’s techs, it required an update and became stuck in a recovery mood loop. Not thinking it could be tied to the screen repair I brought it into an authorized Apple service center in town. They told me it was probably a motherboard or dock port issue. I brought it back here because I Googled whether screen repairs can cause motherboard issues and that was confirmed. While Ryan and his team cannot tell what or who cause the issues to the device, they do provide a warranty. He ended up providing us a replacement iPad after the issues couldn’t be fixed.
