Kubs got our bottleneck figured out right away. Updated some cabling and did some cable management. Got our liquid-cooled VR system shredding everything. VR and triple A programs working smoothly. System optimized. Great experience and would come back for advice and service.

I spent over $4,000.00 on a custom built pc from KUB/Sasha. It is in a Thermaltake Shadow 360 case and he shipped the pc without the tempered glass cover on it so that EVERYTHING including the GPU on a Riser, liquid cooling tubes and board were all exposed and taking the brunt of any other package that sat on this pc (in the box) in transit to Michigan.... INSANE! No surprise, I have had nothing but issues with this PC since I bought it and nothing I can do now. Windows literally freezes and restarts after about 15 mins of being used saying there is a hardware failure - blue screen of death. I have since reinstalled windows 10 and everythin... I spent over $4,000.00 on a custom built pc from KUB/Sasha. WORST PART ABOUT THIS IS I AM LITERALLY JUST USING THIS FOR OFFICE WORK AND IT CANNOT EVEN HANDLE THAT!!! Look at the pictures of the packaging and how this guy shipped a $4,000 PC..... Who in their right mind would do that!?!?! ALSO WHO SELLS A CUSTOM PC AND DOESNT EVEN HAVE A LEGIT COPY OF WINDOWS.... WHAT A JOKE Also, look at all the time and effort I spent setting up this computer in my office, fishing lines to the monitors and extending USB's down to a recessed 3 gang box and mounting it on the wall.... I cannot even begin to guess the amount of my time that has been wasted on this computer and the amount of times it has froze during teams meetings and client calls.... REALLY BAD LOOK WHEN THE IT COMPANY OWNER CANT EVEN KEEP HIS PC RUNNING FOR A 30 MIN MEETING! THANKS FOR WASTING COUTLESS HOURS OF MY LIFE AND OVER $4,000.00 OF MY MONEY! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HATE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

Despite being local, I had never heard of this company. A friend who lives in Michigan recommended KUB. Speaking of his great experience and how much he loves his custom PC and he said, "Oh, but they're located in Park Rapids, MN." I just laughed, that's an hour from me! They were great to work with and I love my new computer! It's been a lot of fun to be able to play games I've owned, but couldn't run on my previous computer. Thanks for everything!
