I highly recommend this company! They installed my HVAC 2 years ago, so I called them after hours tonight when the unit didn't turn on. I was fully prepared to just schedule a service call and cross my fingers. I spoke with Ryan and he asked to FaceTime so he could see what was happening. He very quickly diagnosed an electrical issue and walked me through resetting the fuse and the thermostat. I'm so grateful for his help and to have saved money on a service call.

I can’t say enough great things about Ryan Laverty Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. Ryan contacted me first thing in the morning and took the time to explain everything in full detail. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions, which immediately put me at ease. His crew arrived bright and early to repair a broken pipe and install a new heating unit. Carl and Jamie were fantastic — kind, courteous, and fun to deal with. They truly helped make what could have been a very stressful day so much lighter. The team was extremely patient and walked me through the entire process step by step. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Alexa in the office. She was lovely to deal with, just as patient, and made everything feel smooth and organized from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars all around. It’s rare these days to find a company with exceptional service from start to finish. But that is exactly who we found in Ryan Laverty Plumbing Heating and Cooling. We had quite the weekend and from the first call in to the office to make the appointment, through to the replacement and cleanup was top notch. I was so pleasantly surprised at every single person we dealt with. Shout out to Rick, Joe and Ryan for putting our mind at ease and explaining everything along the way. Exceptional service.
