My experience with Rutan Refrigeration was very pleasant. They respond in a timely manner and were very happy to answer questions that I had. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I am confident that anyone else's experience will be just as pleasant.
Elijah was the perfect person to clean my AC. He was so efficient and friendly. The best part is his honestly. I will call them again. Marlene took my payment when I stopped in to pay. She was very helpful answering few questions. Knowledgeable team!
Rudest company I ever worked with!!!!! The office girl was rude to me several times during previous repairs. I needed to use them as they were the authorized dealer for an appliance. She was just rude again and I mentioned that she was rude. And she verbally attacked me and said some ridiculous comments about her impressions of me and hung up on me! Super dysfunctional and unprofessional. Avoid them if you can. If there was ever a company that needed customer service training, this is it!
Artie from Ru Tan (Kauai HI) was great. He came out on time and efficiently and courteously diagnosed my washer's problem. He gave me the options and we solved the problem. Customer service was great. The receptionist handled the appts. and Artie did the job.
