The water mitigation team of Clifton, Cole, Richard and Aidan were outstanding. They were patient with me and the 1001 questions I had, they worked seamlessly around my schedule and communicated very well. The work they completed was very professional and we were very happy with this portion of their service. We have currently started the early phases of the reconstruction with Rumsey and will update this review once it's completed. Looking forward to similar results from the reconstruction side of their team.

I had water damage that flooded my house and Rumsey did a great job removing all the damaged property and restoring everything back to original condition. The work was very professionally done, they were always responsive, and I never had any issues in reaching them to talk through the process. They also were very helpful working with the insurance company in the claims process. I will definitely work with them on projects in the future.

Rumsey Construction and Restoration did an excellent job addressing a water leak in our laundry room. Professional, courteous, and excellent craftsmen completed the mitigation and restoration. Chad, the Project Manager did an outstanding job as did Jordan, Quintyn, and James, the craftsmen from the Columbia office that did the restoration. Ethan and his team did a great job drying the house out before the restoration occurred. Would absolutely recommend their services!

We had an excellent experience with Rumsey Construction from start to finish. The quality of work in our laundry room was outstanding, clean, precise, and thoughtfully done. Q and Alvin were absolute professionals. Both gentlemen were courteous, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. They truly went above and beyond. When Sherwin Williams mixed the paint incorrectly, they didn’t hesitate to adjust, go pick up the correct paint, and redo the wall without complaint. That level of care and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated. They also repaired water damage in multiple areas of our home — the laundry room, a bedroom, and our garage ceiling — and everything looks seamless. When they finished, the space was spotless. You honestly wouldn’t know anyone had been there except for the beautiful results. Exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend them and would gladly work with them again.
