Rudy Cools Heating & Air Conditioning

Rudy Cools is the bomb! They are attentive, knowledgeable and very professional, but relaxed. We feel like they are a part of our family. Brian and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. We have had several companies look at our situation and come back with prices and recommendations that we questioned. Rudy Cools quoted us a better system and some add-ons for a little more cost, but when comparing apples to apples we still got a better price lookling at the overall system. Curtis was very helpful! Excellent listener, tended to what needed to be done, acted quickly, and was very professional. He explained what he did and best practices to keep problems away in the future. Called Rudy Cools for service at 7AM, was fully sorted out by 4PM - same day. Repeat customer that will continue to use Rudy going forward!

I really loved that I had two young guys who are learning the business and who worked very hard and did a great job. Unfortunately they just missed a measurement and caused a bit of Sheetrock work. Overall they did great and were super polite and courteous. They had their sheet rock repair folks come out and walla! Super patient and they were prompt and great with communication. Highly recommended!

We have a maintenance contract with Rudy Cools. They have been wonderful to work with. When the weather turned really cold and our auxiliary heat came on, I was worried. We talked through it on the phone to do a bit of doagnosis. Ultimately, we decided to have a technician come out to ensure everything was OK. Curtis was wonderful. He checked everything out and reassured me that our system is functioning as designed. It’s great to have the peace of mind and ability to get help quickly when needed!

The team was great! They moved my Condenser to make way for a home expansion. Very professional and thorough.
