GSM is a service that I NEVER regret paying for. The techs are ALWAYS nice. The dispatchers are ALWAYS sweet on the phone. They have many many available appointments per week, and the regular maintenance on my HVAC system has extended its life for years. 10/10 would recommend.
Two very respectful, courteous, young men arrived on time, after sending me a text alerting me to their arrival window. No surprises they kept me updated every step of the way. They respected my home. I don't think I've ever heard so many yes ma'am and thank you ma'am in a long time. We had a new HVAC system by the time our dinner was ready. 100% recommend GSM!
I’ve had a great experience with GSM. The sales person (Tim) was great! Their pricing is very transparent, which is difficult to come across in this industry. Tim also submitted a rebate request with Duke Energy on our behalf. We have been very happy with our new HVAC system. We compared their quotes to others. While we ended up paying more than we anticipated and more than others quoted, we felt their warranties gave us a peace of mind that was difficult to pass up. A technician was out today to perform preventive maintenance. He did a great job. I don’t envy the job of a man who must crawl around in an old home’s crawl space and he was very thorough with the process. He did as polite and was even friendly with my dog. Any interaction I have with their staff has been great. I have to believe they’re a good company to work for because everyone seems very happy to do their work. I’ve recommended them to neighbors and friends.
Andrew came to my home and installed Softstart technology to both my heat pumps so they will start up quieter, and run off my generator when and if my power goes out. He was friendly, told me exactly what he was going to do. He did an outstanding job. I would not hesitate to work with GSM again.
