I had an emergency leak with my water. Rafe came promptly and not only fixed my problem, he hooked up my new reverse osmosis system and he found a problem with a loose fitting on my refrigerator ice maker and fixed that. If he had not discovered the problem with the ice maker connection, I would have had a lot of water damage. Rafe is very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this business.
The technician Donnell did a fantastic job. It was very helpful to know exactly what was going on with our pellet stove and the way he explained it to me. It was perfect, very polite, very respectful, and I will definitely be given ruby mountain hvac, yeah, all of my business
My husband and I recently got an A/C put into our house. We went through Ruby Mountain HVAC and they have been amazing through the entire process. Rafe and Tim were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did their best to be as accommodating with keeping the cool air in while they were working on everything. They tested everything and Rafe even help us set up our thermostat. Our home had never had A/C before so there was a hang up at one point but it was through no fault of theirs and they were quick to get the part in to get it all working correctly ASAP. The office associates have also been so helpful through everything. Cannot recommend all of them enough!
