Our gas fireplace wouldn't stay on and it is our source of heat in a power outage. RR Fireplace, Inc. Was recommended to us be several folks on Next Door. We called them and got an appointment within a week. They have a fixed price for labor, which we liked. As it turned out, our fireplace just needed a deep cleaning and fine tuning. Done within an hour and it looks and works great.

We purchased our home in June 2023 knowing the gas fireplace was not working. I called RR and scheduled them to come out and take a look. RR was upfront on the cost, which was very reasonable. Dan arrived on time and had our beautiful fireplace up and running in short order. He was professional, courteous and thorough, cleaning every last nook and cranny. This company is absolutely the best. My old gas fireplace stopped working, and I contacted several companies—most of them refused to repair it because it was old and tried to push me to buy a new one. One company even quoted me $2,400 for the repair. These guys were honest, professional, and incredibly efficient. They repaired my gas fireplace quickly and charged only $250.
