We are so grateful for the kindness and patience shown by this auto body shop. They took care of my son Liam’s truck and treated our family with understanding, respect, and compassion during a stressful time. I live in Wisconsin, this is his first time away from home... and Ron was a delight to work with. Communication was honest throughout. Highly recommend! SDSU Families.... Highly recommend!
This place was pretty nice to go to, they replaced my starter relatively quick but it turned out the company they got it from gave them a faulty starter so i had to take it back the next week. But the best thing is they didn't make me pay any extra for labor which i really appreciated.
I had a sudden trip and due to my own lack of planning needed an oil change and safety check quick. I dropped in and Ron took care of me without hesitation. Work done right, quick, and gave me peace of mind for a long road trip. Thank you, you guys never disappoint!
This place had good reviews. I'm 4 hours away and my daughters Alternator started going out. She's a freshman in college at SDSU as a nonresident and I was looking for a place I could trust. This alternator is a $180 part here in Omaha. I figured $150/hr for an hour of shop time to put the new one in. The owner calls me and we discussed pricing. He looked it up and told me $380 for the part. I said no. He kept looking and said he could get me one for $280. I thought a $100 markup was extreme on parts but I agreed as it was 4 hours away. He does the work and gives me a bill for $525. I called him about the bill and he charged me $340 for the alternator, not the $280 agree upon and when I questioned it he said "It will cost you more than $100 to come up here and deal with it but you can do that if you want to." This guy just basically held me hostage do to my location and lied to me about the cost. The son Ron Jr. is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This shop is a thief! I rarely post bad reviews but this guy is a crook. BEWARE!
