Tom and his team did an excellent job. My vehicle was not starting, so I asked them for a second opinion on what the underlying issue was. They are very accommodating and were able to figure out in no time what was wrong my my car. What would have been an expensive entire catalytic converter assembly replacement for brand new ones in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo ended up being a simple, single catalytic converter replacement. They have been very good to me and I cannot recommend going to Exhaust Pros enough if you ever need help. My only criticism is they are not called Exhaust Wizards because of how fast they got me sorted.

I took my truck here for some work and because it was due for it I asked for an oil change as well (I usually do this myself). Not too long after i noticed a minor oil leak, not huge but larger than no leak at all. I decided to do some investigating and found out pretty quickly that the oil filter wasn't even finger-tight and it was basically rotating freely. I would not recommend this shop to anyone in the future. If an oil change gets screwed up I'd be suspicious of other work as well
