I'm not sure about the plumber. As I was not moved into the house yet. These were repairs requested before. I took possession of the home two hundred and fifty dollars to change a pee trap in the spare bedroom which I don't news. When I went to put some extra toilet paper for gas under there. There was a huge puddle. I looked up the information who did the work and called them. And the woman answering the phone was extremely rude constanting and even had a bit of a narcissistic personality. I am always perfect kind of person. The repairs were not done correctly in the sinks still leaked. She gave to me a message to tell me what time the message was left and what day it was as if my phone doesn't tell me that on the message.. Her call back information is a rental company and Grants Pass. Nothing's accurate about the management. The plungers may be o k but so far not for me. It's a comeback. Yes, mr. Garcia send somebody right away. That's what I should have heard.. Instead she made a personal then hung up on me. So now 45min later a plummer shower up without a appointment, Parks in my driveway when I have refrigerator being delivered. The only reason he came to my house was to prove that they're invoicing was right. I didn't get a Generic invoice that they buy from Staples instead. I gotta legal invoice from my tidal company. This whole company is just a rip-off. They can't even tighten up the flanges. Or the friction fits on the drain pipe ing out of my upstairs vanity. Charge in $275 an hour. They just ought to be better than they are. I would highly not recommend this company unless you're looking to just get. For a overpriced low quality work. Personal communications with customers they should have a negative five stars. Lots of plumbers in town. Guy windlive my property when I asked him to.

I installed my kitchen sink myself a couple months ago and did the plumbing. I realized it’s been leaking under the sink this whole time! Bill with Grants Pass Plumbing came out within an hour after I called and fixed everything quickly. I had put the metal rings that screw the drain on upside down. He had to take it all apart and rebuild them. I had an extra plumbing piece too that he removed and everything fits and looks better now. Very professional, great price, good company. I’m retiring my “do it yourself” skills! Thanks
