Mike, Robby, and the whole team at Rogers has always been great to work with. They have been brave enough to take on several big projects on our 1906 Methodist Church building in Dana. This includes reroofing the whole building and repairing and preventing further damage from water intrusion caused by years of water leaking from a poorly designed roof drain. For clarity, I am covering two different projects Rogers did for us. They have also been great at troubleshooting issues that arise with a 120 year old building and the technology that was available back then. Mike is always very professional and willing to be straightforward and honest with us when I have had him look at an issue. Whenever I have met with Mike or his crew I have never had to question their integrity or pricing because it always matches their costs. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and they are a testament to that. I appreciate their follow through and no matter who is in charge of a particular project, they make sure you are aware of their progress. I felt very welcomed to ask questions or view whatever they found when making their repairs. Our building has a very high bell tower roof that they were willing to accept as a challenge to reroof and even took some great pictures in the process. I had a challenge to find a company that would be able to handle the scale and height of the roof but also the structural repairs needed from the outside through the roof. They also did a fantastic job working with Apex Masonry and coordinating to both use a man-lift in one rental to keep costs down. I can’t say enough to thank them for all the hard work under, over, and throughout our church building!
