W dropped off our granddaughter's pink suede Ugg boots that were covered in dry mud. We thought for sure they were ruined. To our surprise, Rob was able to clean them thoroughly. They looked new again. We will definitely be taking all of our shoe repairs to him in the future.
My first warning sign was when he said he could refurbish my orthotics in 3 days. We talked about refurbishing my orthotics from the beginning. Everything sounds good until I got the end product. Out the package I notice that the cutting of the pad was different. Then I noticed there were areas on the pad that was not glued properly. When I turned them over one of them had this large stain on only to find out it was glue that had spilled and was just wipe off but it left this dis-coloration on the bottom pad. Then I notice the padding from the support had been cut. I was told that it was not but you could tell it had been cut. When I reach out to Rob he got very defensive to what I explained to him and he didn't understand why I was making a big deal about it. I later asked for a refund because I needed to find someone who could repair the damage that had been done. Rod told me to send them back and he would fix them but I did not feel comfortable with doing that being how they were returned back to me the first time. After not hearing from him for a day Rob told me rip the tops off the orthotics and send him pictures and he would refund me. I was not able to wear them and now I am being asked to rip them apart doing more damage to them. Needless to say I did not do what he was requesting and was able to find another repair place to fix the damage that had been done by Rob. Lesson learned if it sounds to good it probably is.
