Rob was very punctual and professional. He was knowledgeable and explained the work work needed and performed the service efficiently. He made a recommendation for improved airflow and system performance that need to be done and which was definitely needed. He was honest and did not try to oversell services.
Craig (The owner) did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the problem ordered the part ahead of time and the repair was done very quickly. Friendly personable, and definitely knows what he is doing. Frig is working great. Saved me from having to replace my refrigerator!
Great experience. Craig arrived on time and did an excellent job in determining the problem with my dual fuel downdraft stove, and then repairing it.
