Roadrunner Towing and Recovery

Randy and Arthur with Roadrunner Towing & Recovery were outstanding! My alternator pulley failed and shredded my serpentine belt late at night while I was stranded between just outside of Jackson. They responded quickly, were incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. Instead of just towing the vehicle, they were able to diagnose the issue, help source the parts, and complete the repair right there so I wasn’t stuck waiting for a shop to open. They were knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me out of a stressful situation. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. If you ever find yourself needing roadside assistance or towing in the area, I highly recommend Roadrunner Towing & Recovery — Randy and Arthur are the people you want helping you!!

This man Randy White(Road Runner Towing Service) is a con artist and a crook. I have had to take legal action against him to return my car. I am still trying to get my car back after-all he has conned me out of $2,300.00 dollars. He has had my car since April 10,2025 and now it’s August 19,2025. Do not trust this man… I am just warning anyone, DON’T allow this man to take advantage of you. He is not afraid of the law, he avoids any type of legal documents that is sent to him. These are some of his cons : He’s waiting on a part,I am in the Doctor's office( this is his comment when he does decides to return your call or text) he’s very kind and friendly . A BIG HUGE LIAR!! The bottom line is STAY AWAY from Randy White( Road Runner Towing Service) unless you want to be conned and schemed. Just a fair WARNING!!!
