Just went in today needed my back brake pads and rotators replaced, they did it in like 3 hours same day and were super nice. Very reasonable prices too!

I unfortunately got a flat tire on the Trace, but I was very fortunate to only be about 1.4 miles away from this place. They were super nice. The lady at the front desk made sure I was taken care of. She made me feel much better about my situation when I was very much distressed. She called a guy who went out of his way to bring me a specific tire for my car. I was in and out in an hour and a half!! Highly recommend, not only for the speed of service, but also the superb customer service! Thank you Big 10!!

We were very pleased with our visit to this Big 10 tire store. We were visiting family in the area and had a flat on our run flat tires. We decided to replace them all with conventional tires and after calling around we found this store had suitable replacement tires in stock. First impression is the facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. They serviced our car in a very timely manner and the price was reasonable. If you are in that area and need tires or service I definitely recommend you check them out.
