Andrew provided great customer service today. I called needing 2 tires and he was ready when I got there with the tires. Got me in and out super quick

While traveling on a 7 hour road trip to a family event with our dog our tire appeared to have a roofing nail in it and was loosing air rapidly. We just happened upon The Road Mart. We explained our dilemma and Andrew was fantastic!! He assured us he would take care of everything and get us back on the road. He did in record time, only 15 minutes our tire was fixed! Highly recommend this location. I’m from Florida but if I ever need new tires I would make the drive to see Andrew and his staff at 270 Ross Clark Road in Dothan! They deserve 10 star review.

This my new favorite place for all things auto. The Manager, Andrew, is courteous, dependable, and professional. Their prices are the best that I found anywhere. Goodbye Kia Dealership with your $150.00 inspection fess and high prices. Just got 4 tires at a great price. Thanks guys, good customer service and courtesy still counts.
